Return and refund policy

Returns

All return shipping costs are the customers responsibility.

Our return and refund policy lasts 30 days from the day you receive your order.

If 30 days have gone by since you received your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To return your order, send an email to support@redowatch.com requesting the return of your order. We will acknowledge your request and send you an email with the return address which is also listed below. Please write your order number on the back of the package and send your returned items to the address below.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for your own protection.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 3-15 days.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
There is often some processing time before a refund is submitted.
If you have not received your refund after 15 days please contact us at support@redowatch.com.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange for the same item, send us an email at support@redowatch.com. Once you have made us aware of your exchange request, we will acknowledge your request and send you an email with the return address which is also listed below. Please write your order number on the back of the package and send your exchange items to the address below.
