We are unable to cancel orders once placed.


After your payment is authorized and verified it will take Redowatch 1-3 business days to process your order.

 

You will receive your order within 7-14 business days from the date that it is dispatched. This is just an estimate and doesn't include weekends or holidays. When your order has been shipped you will receive an email with tracking information. Tracking can take up to 10 days to first update.

 

To ensure that your package is properly delivered and you receive shipment within the time frame we advertise, please make sure your address is fully entered and correct. Use correct abbreviations and have spaces inserted properly, we do not take responsibility for the incorrect information. If the package is returned non-deliverable we will issue a store credit for the net price of your item(s).

 

If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it, you must address this with your postal service. Redowatch.com does not hold responsibility for packages that state to be delivered.

What happens after you place your order:

Processing: All orders are sent to our order processing team for dispatch within 1-3 days after an order is placed. 

ShippingAfter processing, items usually take between 7-14 days to arrive at their destination, but can take longer from time to time depending on your shipping destination and product origin. For products shipped within the United States USPS, FedEx, or UPS will be used depending on the weight and size of your package.

If items are not received after 15 days we will investigate and issue a full refund if items are found to be lost in the mail.

Order processing takes 1-3 business days before shipment, delivery times may vary depending on local customs processing times (if any). Kindly note that the order processing time is not included in the shipping timelines.

We are not liable for deliveries that are affected by customs, natural occurrences, transfers from international to the local carrier in your country or air and ground transportation strikes or delays, nor any extra fee’s, customs or back-end charges incurred.
